Absolut Elyx is a super premium vodka from Absolut. It is distilled from 100% of the finest single estate winter wheat located on from the Rabelof Castle in southern Sweden. The winter wheat is then hand distilled in a very special copper still from 1921 creating breathtaking silky vodka.
This luxury single batch distilled vodka has a rich texture on the palate with a with a soft, silky mouth feel that is almost as if you are drinking cream. On the nose it has an excellent floral bouquet with a hint of copper that break up the fresh fruity accents. Absolut recommend drinking this neat with a single ice cube if you need it.
