The challenge to create the world’s best chocolate liqueur was given to leading scientist Anthony Wilson and a specially selected team of liquid scientist. The journey to create Baileys Chocolat Luxe took three years and begun by Anthony Wilson travelling to three continents to personally taste the finest chocolate the world has to offer. He tried a total of 200 varieties of chocolate to consider for the star role in the Baileys Chocolat Luxe symphony of flavours, smells and feel. Over 800 different recipes where created and considered with thousands of calculation to discover the perfect pour, consistency and texture before Anthony was proud to stamp his seal of perfection on Bailey Chocolat Luxe. The final result is a combination of precision and elegance including Madagascan Vanilla and more than 30 grams of real Belgian Chocolate in each bottle. This has ensured that Baileys Chocolat Luxe has all the great taste of the highest quality chocolate with all the rich, creamy caramel tones of traditional Baileys.
