Chairman’s Reserve Rum 70cl

Launched in 1999 to honour the company’s chairman, Laurie Bernard. The rums used are aged in ex-Bourbon casks for an average of 5 years. The final liquid is then put back into the casks for a further 6 months prior to bottling.
Blended from both Coffey column stills and copper pot stills, married together after maturation before re entering oak to finish blending. Rich banana, caramalised fruits, spicy oak and vanilla on the nose. Well balanced on the palate with lots of chocolate, tobacco and cloves with a long, creamy finish.
