A soft, fruity three-year-old Cuban rum from Eminente Ambar Claro has been matured in ex-whisky casks to create layers of crunchy red apples, white pepper and ginger throughout the palate, alongside pear, chamomile, vanilla, caramel, nutmeg and walnut that linger in the finish.
Eminente Ámbar Claro is a fruity and flowery rum aged for 3 years.
It is inspired by the centuries-old Cuban tradition in Rumi, and bears the signature of the famous Cesar Marti, the youngest Cuban Rum Master.
