The origins of Old J date back to 1740, when an admiral decided to enforce a reduction in the British Navy’s much-loved rum ration. Old J Tiki Fire redresses this historic reduction by increasing the strength to 151 proof, but keeps the spices, lime and sugar that make Old J what it is.

Sticking to the concept Old J was born of, once rested in oak, it is then blended with a range of spices to add the spicy signature. Designed for bartenders by bartenders so this comes very highly recommended for budding cocktail enthusiasts. The sweetness of the Old J Original blend is replaced here by a huge whack of vanilla and a lovely layer of smooth caramel.
