Peroni Nastro Azzurro Premium Lager is a pale golden, crisp and refreshing beer, with a delicate balance of bitterness, citrus and aromatic notes and a fast, clean finish.

Peroni was founded in 1846 Vigevano, Italy. The surrounding mountains offered an abundance of glacial water – which was perfect for creating a clean, refreshing brew. In 1963, the Peroni family set out to create a beer that symbolised Italian values of quality and craftsmanship and since then it’s been brewed with the same flair and attention to detail.

1963 is the year of the launch of Nastro Azzurro, the Italian premium beer by Peroni. A slightly more alcoholic product than the classic Peroni, more bitter and with a more intense flavor. The name originates from the homonymous prize awarded to the Rex transatlantic, the fastest that achieved the Atlantic crossing.
