Stoli Elit Vodka 70cl

Stoli Elit Vodka is very clean and neutral on the nose with just a whisper of toasted grain. The initial mouth feel is sumptuous and velvety, yet still light. Notes of sweet aniseed and pepper, into a long, soft, spicy finish. Developed to capitalise on the popularity of the Stoli brand, this is a unique super-premium release produced from 100% grain, using a patented ‘freeze-filtration’ technique. The first step in Stoli’s reinterpretation of the process is to pass the spirit through a special silver filter upon which the vodka is frozen to -18C. During the freezing, the vodka becomes glycerine-like, and the solubility of different impurities reduces. The liquids density increases causing all the impurities to freeze against the walls of the filtration tanks. These unwanted crystalline substances are then discarded from the distillate resulting in one of the finest and smoothest vodkas on the market today.
