Made from sugar cane juice that’s fermented and distilled using a traditional copper column still. Aged for three months in wooden tuns, then reduced to bottling strength with spring water Often used as a base for cocktails, particularly in traditional Caribbean drinks such as the Ti Punch and the Mai Tai 

The name Trois Rivieres translates to Three Rivers
