Ysabel Regina Jerez Brandy 70cl

Ysabel Regina is a Spanish brandy made from a blend of Gran Solera Reserva brandy and VSOP Cognac. It’s aged in casks that previously held Pedro Ximenez sherry. A shade of mid-golden amber in colour. It has aromas of white chocolate, fruit cake and banana. To taste, you get sweetness that is soon met by the strength of the spirit. There’s notes of apricot marmalade, boiled sweet, toffee, rum, raisin, candied orange and spice. The finish is a continuation of the palate flavours, with hints of black pepper, cinnamon and clear notes of Pedro Ximenez.
