Delivery Info

Due to the nature of the goods we supply, any package large or small may require a signature and age verification upon receiving the goods. Please check your tracking email/sms carefully, you are presented with options to manage your delivery.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of goods ordered and the delivery postcode. When checking out, the final shipping price will be given. All shipping charges are in GBP and inclusive of VAT.

SIGNING FOR DELIVERIES

The courier drivers are generally not permitted to enter your home or property. You could be asked to verify your age due to the nature of the goods we supply.

If no one is available to sign for parcels, our courier partner may leave a postage card detailing what they have done with your order, for example, they may state you need to collect your parcel from the local Office or it has been left with a neighbour.

Deliveries aim to be made by 6 pm on the due date, however, check your consignment number on the courier’s online portal here https://apc-overnight.com/receiving-a-parcel/tracking/ for more accurate details. You can also use our order tracking service for further details.

AGE VERIFICATION

Our carriers follow ‘Challenge 25’ procedures and if they are in doubt the recipient is not of legal age to accept the delivery, then they will return the goods to our warehouse. Do ensure you have valid identification available to accept deliveries.

NEXT WORKING DAY AND WEEKEND DELIVERIES

For UK mainland customers, please ensure you place your order before noon Monday – Friday. For all Next Working Day orders placed after noon, you will receive your order on the 2nd working day. For example, if you place your order on Monday after noon the latest you should receive your order is Wednesday by 6pm, or if you place your order on a Thursday after noon, the latest you should receive your order is the following Monday by 6 pm.

If your order is placed on the weekend, we will dispatch your order the following Monday.

BANK HOLIDAYS

We do not currently deliver on Bank Holidays.

BULK & LARGE ORDERS

We are one of the few drink retailers that offer a bulk delivery service. If your order is too heavy to ship by our regular courier i.e. over 30KG, then we can palletize your goods. Palletized orders are normally received within 3-5 working days. Please contact our customer services team to palletize your order. Our pallet partner will aid you in off-loading the goods.

Please note: If you live in a block of flats, then palletized orders will only be delivered to the front of the building, it is your responsibility to meet the driver and collect the goods. The driver will not assist you in taking the goods to your front door or carrying the goods up several flights of stairs or by lift.

SAME-DAY DISPATCH, DELIVERY TIMES & ORDER TRACKING

For all orders placed before noon Monday-Thursday, we will dispatch your order on an 24-hour service, unless there is a stock-related or courier issue, in which case our customer services team will contact you.

You should receive your order within the timeframe of the shipping option you choose.
If your order is not received within 2 working days of receiving a dispatch notification then please get in touch with us immediately and we’ll do our best to help you.

An email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. Tracking details are accessible via this email. In many cases, a signature is required as proof of delivery. 

Delivery times may vary due to reasons out of our control, for example, adverse weather conditions, force majeure or strikes. For more accurate timings we will send you an automated email detailing tracking information after your order has been processed. We do not dispatch items during UK public holidays and/or on Weekends (Saturday / Sunday). During public holidays you could be faced with a 1 working day delay in receiving your goods.

All of the prices are inclusive of VAT and are correct as of September 2024. We may contact you if the shipping details provided are incorrect or if you have been charged the wrong amount, this could result in a delay in your receiving your order.

Currently, we are not shipping to any locations in or outside the European Economic Area, Channel Islands, Jersey, Guernsey, Northern Ireland, Alderney Herm & Sark, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man.
